Return
Policy 1.
This equipment has been PHOTOGRAPHED,
MARKED, SERIALIZED and in most cases
SECURITY SEALED for your protection.
2. RMA’s will not be
issued for items damaged in transit. A
replacement item may be purchased while
the carrier is processing the claim. YOU
WILL NEED TO FILE A FREIGHT CLAIM.
3. Customers are
responsible for the return of any RMA
item(s) to Minnesota Computers,
including freight charges, packaging,
and shipping label(s). Items to be
returned, must be packed with materials
equivalent to the way the customer
received the original shipment.
Minnesota Computers recommends that all
packing materials be kept until items
are determined to be in satisfactory
condition. Core RMA items not returned
within 14 days of the sale date will be
invoiced at the original purchase price.
Any items received after the return date
will NOT be accepted for credit once the
invoice has been issued. It will be the
responsibility of the customer to
retrieve any part returned after this
time (ie. Call tag). Late returns will
be kept for 30 days.
4. Warranty for
non-“as-is” equipment is 30 days unless
otherwise specified in writing. DO NOT
break the warranty void seal for any
reason. If you or your customer breaks
the seal – YOU OWN IT!
5. RMA’s will not be
issued after the 30-day warranty period
has expired. “Your customer just opened
the box” is not a valid excuse!
6. Our shipping and
receiving department will reject items
returned without the RMA number on the
box.
7. RMA’s will only be
issued after our technical assistant
department has reviewed the problem.
8. RMA replacements
will only be shipped by ground service
unless pre-approved by Minnesota
Computers management.
9. RMA items found to
be in good working order will be subject
to a restocking fee (40% of the original
purchase price).
10. RMA’s may be
requested by contacting our customer
service phone number 763-544-7900. |
